Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns Eligibility:

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
  • Returns are not accepted for:
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Items damaged due to customer mishandling

To initiate a return, email contact@pulsepath.co.in with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photo/video (if item is damaged)

Refund Process:

  • After inspection, eligible refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds for prepaid orders are returned to the original payment method.
  • COD refunds are processed via bank transfer (you’ll be asked for your account details).
